All contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Innovators and Problem Owners alone with respect to products and services being offered by the Problem Owners. CMTI does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such contractual terms between the Innovators and Problem Owners. CMTI does not involve itself in determining or disbursal of grant amount, warranties, project delivery quality, after sales, services etc. This is a contractual agreement between Innovators and Problem Owners.
Drishti is an online platform which brings Innovators and Problem Owners and offers moderating and review services of the technical content posted by both Innovator and Problem Owners based on its and the reviewers expertise who are eminent in their field of work for a non-biased review. CMTI verifies the innovators and problem solvers only to the extent of identity document and other details may be verified as per the contractual agreement between Innovators and Problem Owners.
